Postage, Collections, and Pickup: 

Your item will be shipped to you via Australia Post eParcel or Courier this requires a signature collection when the item is delivered.

Please note that if your area is only covered by a Post Office Drop, or if you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox to enable collection at your local Post Office or a courier will attempt to redeliver.

Once in the hands of the couriers, freight times are outside of our control. As Australia is a large and diverse country please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

Your delivery address cannot be changed after your order has been submitted. Once your order is with us, it has automatically been entered into our fulfillment system. Please ensure your address is correct as your item will be posted to where you have specified originally.

We don't offer free pickup or collection of any online item, if you would like to purchase something from our store please contact us directly. We don't stock all items in our store and due to space, most items are in our warehouse and need to be dispatched out too you directly.  

Safes and Batteries are excluded as these cannot be posted.... 

Items over 5KG you will be advised on additional shipping costs i.e Anchors, Winches and other heavy items... 

We work with all major couriers and only pass on delivery the very minimum postage charge.... 

Handling times most items are stocked in our store but we can't store everything so our standard handling time is 5 working days before post.

Pricing :


All prices are subject to change (STC) due to fluctuation in the Australian Dollar as most items are imported. This also includes items which were ordered and were delivered at a higher cost than at the time of quotation.

Refunds are available where quotation price cannot be maintained due to price increases, (whether it be from supplier or as a direct result of cost increases of imported items).


All purchase covered under warranty for repair or refund please note:

  • You are not eligible for a refund for change of mind or incorrect item(s) purchase.
  • Incorrect size of the product.
  • You are eligible for a full repair of your product or a full refund if that product is deemed not repairable under warranty.
